Why can’t I order some products?

Dear Customers,
As we work to bring on a Credit Card Processor, we have run into compliancy issues in the industry which will not allow us to sell all of our products on the same site.
However, we are committed to providing a single company for customers to come to for all their selfcare needs. Therefore due to this change we will be separating all non hemp orders to another site. Customers that purchased non hemp products will receive an email with the new site details and how to order
We understand that this change may be inconvenient for some customers, and we apologize for any disruption it may cause. We are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible, and we will provide updates on our progress regularly.
We are excited about these new changes, and we believe that they will allow us to better serve our customers and provide them with the best possible experience. Here are a few additional notes:

- The two websites will have the same look and feel, so customers will be familiar with the shopping experience.
- The Selfcare team will be available to answer any questions or help customers with their orders.
- Customers who place orders on both websites within 24 hours will receive a FREE shipping coupon to apply to the second purchase.
To order from both sites, please follow these steps:

- Add products to your cart.
- Place your order.
- Go to the other site
- Add products to your cart.
- Apply the code FREESHIPPING to waive the shipping cost.
- Place your order.

As long as you place orders on both sites within 24 hours, we will honor the free shipping and will box all products in one shipment.
If orders ARE NOT placed on both sites within 24 hours, we will not guarantee shipping at the same time and could request customers cover additional shipping costs.
We hope customers will not abuse this coupon, however should a customer knowing try to use the free shipping code without ordering from both sites, we will take further action to limiting/completely banning purchases in the future.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this transition. We are confident that these changes will allow us to better serve our customers and provide them with the best possible experience.

Due to our industry being High Risk, there are many legal challenges toward establishing a CC processing agreement with providers. Therefore at this moment we do not have a Credit card Processor setup. However we expect to have this integration in our website before the end of the year.
